3 Feet High and Rising es el debut del grupo de rap De La Soul, lanzado en 1989 por Tommy Boy Records. Es el 1º de tres trabajos con el productor Prince Paul.

]]> 3 Feet High and Rising es el disco debut del grupo de rap De La Soul, lanzado el 3 de marzo de 1989 por Tommy Boy Records. Es el primero de tres trabajos con el productor Prince Paul. El título del álbum proviene de la canción de Johnny Cash “Five Feet High and Rising”.

En su lanzamiento el disco sonaba fresco y muy original sin sonar a ningún disco de rap hecho anteriormente. Colaboran en el tema “Buddy” Jungle Brothers y Q-Tip.
